Have you ever wondered...
Just what life would be like if you turned right...
Ok. What kind of opener is that? Well, consider some of the stuff that I've went through, and decisions I voluntarily, and involuntarily, had made. Consider the dark-glass-long-haired girl, from Crate and Barrel. Thinking back to that party, I wonder just what life would be like if I had said something to her other than "Happy New Year." Back in high school, there was a girl I became very, very, VERY close friends with. We had everyone under the assumption that we were an item. To them, they couldn't understand it, but we knew better. There was an occasion where it could've been more than that, but because I loved her and cherished her on the relationship we had at the time, I thought it to be unnecessary for any change, especially one that could damage that relationship. Now, I wonder what life would've been like should I have chosen another alternative.
So goes the story of my love life. Occasional LWP's (lust with potential's), and lots of good friends, whose favorite line always is "I feel comfortable talking to you about anything." It's been proven for me to be the deal-killer of anything past a close friendship. And if it isn't that, it is a situation where the girls I want to talk to are seemingly interested in my friends. I think of my Eco 301 class, where the only girl I talk to in the class will talk to me when my friend Brian's in class. He seems to the be the initiator of these meets. Then it occured to me to leave them alone for a class and see what happens. And the result, utter and total conversation between the two, almost with an ease, something never found when Brian isn't there. I felt the hurting end of that one. And it hurts to no end.
In any case, where am I leading with all this?? I dunno. But I'm open to all suggestions.
All right. What else is new in 'Stiley Riley's' life? Well, to list some things stuck in my head...
What's up with Mikey?? He puts A and B together on the 5th, then next thing, it's like he's been *gulp* drafted?? Holla at a brotha, lemme know somethin!!
I finally saw Shanghai Knights today. It was a very refreshing film. Definitely better than the first, but with all the name pulling (Chon Wang & Roy OBannon meet with a young Charlie Chaplin? To enlist the help of wannabe writer Arthur Conan Doyle? C'mon!), eh, it could've done without it. But nothing will compare to me being first in line for Rush Hour 3.
The week before, I ended up seeing Bowling for Columbine for a second time. I gotta say, it was funnier seeing it the second time around than the first. Just in case you haven't seen it...
From the creator of "Roger and Me" comes the most compelling documentary of 'em all!
CORPORATE COPS!
Oh, I'm sorry, that was a typo. My Bad.
Anyway, from the creator of "Roger and Me" comes the most compelling documentary of 'em all!

I've been meaning to do that for some time...
Wait, don't say it, I owe you a freelance.
Truth be told, I owe myself one. And when it arrives, you'll be the first to get it.
Valentine's Day came and went, and I found out something very interesting:
Not only does Miami Vice come on twice a day, back to back on TNN...
But Knight Rider comes on at 5PM in NYC on the SciFi Channel!!
Out of my way, David! I've come to reclaim my timers on the VCR!!
Here is a cool site dedicated to the show. SciFi is showing the second season as of this post.
