Anyone who knows me knows why I really went to see this flick. But as it turns out, I got more than I bargained for...
I absolutely sided with Mickey Rourke's Marv character. He was a true badass in every aspect; he was like one part Dirty Harry, two parts the Undertaker. Aside for the awesome cinematic properties of the film (choice of color, film-noir-like aspects, and Citizen Kane-like storytelling), this movie rocks. This is not just from a guy who naturally likes action flicks, but also from a guy who enjoys a cinematic production. I hope Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarrantino give us at least two more sequels.
I just wished Hartigan (Bruce Willis) didn't go like he did. I mean, who else will Nancy (Jessica Alba) fall in love with? Dwight (Clive Owen)? Maybe they and Gail (Rosario Dawson) with do a threesome...
Now you know that's pure speculation.
Gotta love the silent killer Miho, played by Devon Aoki.
I wish Marv didn't have to go the way he did. I gotta read these comics...

Anyone who wants a refreshing Jackie Chan-like kung fu movie has gotta check this out. What more is there to say than...

After Star Wars and Batman Begins, the only flick I can really look forward to with anticipation is Harold and Kumar go to Amsterdam.
And Rush Hour 3. If that ever happens.

Now if you'll excuse me, the best kept secret awaits me...
