These last few days, I've had an out-of-body experience, where after work from Thursday trhu Saturday, I ended up drinking.
It caught up with me Saturday night, when I slept for a record 16 hours (7:23PM from last I checked to 12:42 Sunday morning), and still had a headache. Somehow, work has gotten me to the point where I have turned to substance to alleviate matters. Prune juice and an Advil later, I finally alleviated the pain.
Lesson learned: alcohol postpones. Prune juice and Advil works.
Well, at least it worked for me.
After The Sunset
Big-ups to Rupee, Kevin Lyttle, and Mr. Easy for getting some props in the movie with their revitalized tracks. As far as the actual film went, I went with a bunch a Haitians, and in short, they ended up watching Shall We Dance. Since I really wasn't up for that particular kind of movie, I went to see Sunset. I liken it to To Catch A Thief, but lighter-shaded. Interestingly, they actually reference the movie several times, and blatantly used it as a prop to let you know what the root of this movie is. Woody Harrelson's Stan Lloyd character had me laughing for a long time; and had it not been for the fact I saw To Catch A Thief, I would have been just as shocked as the rest of the audience. Clever how the drink he orders was the key to finding out who the crook really is...
All in all, not a Bond film, not a Ocean's Eleven retake. Just a nice lighthearted flick for the fall.

I thought about another blog-a-day venture, just to see how that would work out. How long could I keep blogging?
