"Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter."
Martin Luther King, Jr.
Had he not been assassinated, this kat turns 75 today. So don't forget his message everyone, as we head on to this Monday, where we celebrate his life.
Fascinating, I chose this quote from him. And it has been said that those very words in italics were spoken by Archbishop Desmond Tutu. I wonder who copied off of who...
If you want to talk about cold, it got COLD as day turned into night. And stupid me, decides to get a haircut today, and as I walk outside from the barbershop, I note that it is unusually colder than when I walked in. I thought that was just my head, until my legs were frostbitten.
But one thing was certain: my hands were certainly thankful that I know, and take good care of, someone very special. Take a break off knitting Tavie, you deserve it.
Stay warm, everyone.
