Greetings, and welcome one and all, to:
Shy Guy; Version 2.0!!!

What's up everyone! It's Da Kat under the Kangol cap, celebrating my first anniversary of blogging! I've saved my breath for the last week to lead up to this moment. And interestingly, I don't have a lot to say! Well, that's not entirely true, but let's see what I do have to say:

First and foremost, I'll give a big-up to my kliq in NY. To Brian, Ming, Almor, Shola, Bernard, Mikey, David, Davion, Dennis, Max, and Isaac, even Gabe; whaadup, guys?!!! Enough respect to all of ya.
Second, thanks and praise to God, for seeing me through another year, and one more semester of college left! Without Him, I don't think I'd make it through. I don't think any one of us would make it through...
Third, I'd like to say que pasa to Tavie, for getting me started on this incredible road of blogging. Imagine, I would have missed out on all the fun, on all my new freelances! Tavie, you're the coolest; and happy "I Got Kissed By My Crush" Anniversary!
Third, I'll give a shout out to all the new friends I've made the past year; especially to Vee. I do hope that things come around for her, and hope she gets in to that Sean Paul concert! And I hope to see you guys in September!!

For the most part, the midterms are over. And the wave of blessings that came over me during those hard times were very helpful. And you know something, I ended up getting a B on the Advanced Accounting II exam; and I was not too pleased about that. But in the end, I must be thankful for coming so far. God didn't have to help me at all; but He did. And I remain thankful for the grade I received. Furthermore, I am fairly certain (I think confident is a bit much) that I aced the Statistics midterm. At least, I hope so; not so much for myself, but for the guy behind me who was trying to cheat off of me. Not that he shouldn't get his just reward for doing so, but the test was not easy. Not by a long shot. So every little bit of help counts, right??

Spring break is here, and my pop has become very ill. It all started last Thursday, when break actually begun, and it got worse up until Saturday, where we finally sent him to the hospital. I became very nervous since the incident. But in time, all negative vibes subside, and now that he is looking a little bit better (they're telling us a week), I can sleep in peace now. Meanwhile, all I'm doing is chilling in my crib, with my smooth jazz and dancehall riddims. I have a lot of old riddims; how old? Showtime riddim, that's how old. That's gotta be some years. Nevertheless, memories are behind each and every one of 'em. And with the Auto Show also present, I am going to enjoy this break to the fullest extent before I take a summer class...

Yes, you heard it here first. I will take a half a summer session (June to July) to get rid of a science requirement; not at Hunter though, but at the Bureau of Mediocrity Community College (otherwise known as Borough of Manhattan Community College; BMCC for short). All right, I gotta stop dissing them like that; after all, I'm gonna be there for a month. But I can't help it if so many jabronies come from that place...
Yay!! I am exempt from taking foreign language classes!!! I am definitely graduating in December!! Where's my ring? Bring on the cap and gown! Bring on da paaaar-tay!

iPod update: down to 1.9GB of space. Not entirely my fault; my brother's taken it upon himself to fill up several hundred megabytes with his corny music. Meanwhile: I'm on If I Can't by 50 Cent. Infectious riddim, man, infectious. I have found some other smooth jazz tracks which I don't know the names or artists of. So I've been on a personal quest (via Tower.com & CD 101.9) to find out some of these names. Names like Spyro Gyra, Rick Braun, Candi Dulfer, David Benoit, and Richard Elliott. And katz, even I don't know these names...

Oh yeah, that Auto Show!! It was great. I went with Brian and Ming (who to my surprise have blog-like sites), and we had a blast. Brian posted some pics on his site. But I, on the other hand, will post them in a place I will name...

The next time I post.
Which will be soon, I hope. And remind me about my 1st blogging anniversary freelance!
